The Pharaoh

25th December, 2010
Gurgaon, India

Recently finished reading "The Pharaoh" by Manfredi and i have already read the famous Alexander series by him so i knew what was coming my way. True to his reputation of a great story teller and a narator, Manfredi weaves yet another masterpiece written in such an eloquent and lucid way that it leaves you mesmerising.

I had no clue of the history of Israel and after reading this masterpiece i am so curious to get to know all the details about it. I talked to few people with whom i share my literature belief and they told me that Christianity, Islam and Hebrew religion are interconnected.

Probably in the new year i will read "O jerusalem" by Dominique Lapierre and Larry Collins which has been prescribed by one of my dear friend whose opinion i really count.

Somehow i was about to sum up my year long experiece but that i will do in a separate blog, it's rather too much that i have seen this year and gained wisdom which proabably is the learning of a lifetime. Professioanly, no news from nowonwards, probably, be any surprize.

With that belief, i wish you all a Merry Christmas, be with your near and dear ones and try to be happy, if not then please try to make them happy because happiness is really evasive these days.
