Again a very chaotic day full of unnecessary escalations. It started on a very pleasant note with one of my very close senior becoming proud father early morning.I thought that probably today is a very happy day but i was wrong, drastically wrong. As the day progressed it all unfolded in unnecessary escalations on the quality deliverables.
I got the bashing for no fault of mine. I tried to explain but was snubbed, so i decided to remain silent though internally i was rather frustrated. It seems to me that i am wasting my time and energy which could perhaps be utilized in much better way elsewhere.
Later in the day i got an email saying that the same very senior has quit the organisation and today is his last day!! Now that's THE NEWS!
